Foundry & Flame is a wood-fired kitchen on the south end. Seasonal menu, ten-seat bar, full reservations. We open at five and serve until the last table calls it.
Foundry & Flame opened in 2024 with a single goal: cook everything over real wood. No induction, no convection — just embers, salt, and timing.
Sam runs the pass, Mara runs the bar. Between them, twenty years in kitchens from Brooklyn to Marfa. Now they're home.
Open Tues–Sat. Reservations recommended on Fridays and Saturdays.
